The blizzard of 2003

Well, we here in Denver were promised the largest storm in years. And that apparently wasn’t a hollow promise. We’ve gotten about 12″ of snow so far, and there’s no signs that this storm is letting up yet. It continues to come down. Initial estimates of 24-36″ of snow, which were scoffed at by most local residents, now seem very likely. We need this snow, so we aren’t going to complain. Like the song says, “Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow.”
