For some reason, the Methodist church just seems that it would be a good fit for me. It’d definitely make a better match for my personal beliefs than the Catholic church, which continues to find new ways to piss me off. But the Methodist church does the exact opposite. Point in hand: Methodist panel reverses defrocking of lesbian minister: “The United Methodist Church reversed itself Friday, deciding to reinstate a lesbian minister who was defrocked after revealing her relationship with another woman.”
