World’s smallest hard drive

By | March 17, 2004

Toshiba has just released the world’s smallest hard drive. It’s a 0.85 inch hard drive, and it can store 4 gigs of data. 4 gigs at 0.85 inches! That is amazing. The drive is about the size of a postage stamp, and should begin mass production later this year.

I’m looking forward to keeping a few hundred songs on my watch!
