I can’t imagine how one could be any more clear in a statement to the current administration than to have them re-read the constitution, paying special attention to the Freedom of Religion part. Bush’s so-called Faith-Based initiative is nothing but a thinly-veiled attempt to have a federally-funded religion. This is discriminatory, unconstitutional, and just plain WRONG! This adminstration is just plain scary.
