We’re less than a week out from Thanksgiving, so I wanted to spend most of this journal entry talking about strategies to use to enjoy the holiday without self-sabotaging my weight loss this year. It’s a Wonderful Life It’s kind of amazing how much of the funny bits in this scene influenced my sense of humor over the years. I still use a lot of the one-liners to this day, e.g. “I give up, where’d you go” and “gesundheit”. The line about the police “they are way downtown… and they’d be on my side” kills me every time I hear it.
