This kinda thing seems only to happen in Boulder. Apparently, some dude was arrested for DUI. He was released, but then came back to the police station about an hour later to pick up his cell phone. When asked how he got to the police station, the dude said “oh, I took a cab to my car, and then drove here.” At which point, he was arrested again, for a second charge of DUI.
How friggin’ stupid can one man be?
