Oil drilling in the Rockies?

File this under “Needlessly destroying the environment:” The Bush administration is trying to drill for oil in the Rockies. The sad thing is that there is no reason to do this. We are not in an oil shortage at the current time. Oil and gas prices are remaining steady. The only reason the Bush administration is doing this is because of the administration’s ties to the oil industry. And the administration’s complete disregard and disrespect for the environment.
