I know that the Husseins were not nice people, and were responsible for killing possibly thousands of people. But the way that our government is celebrating the death of Saddam’s sons sickens me. I find it morally reprehensible that we are sending photos and videotape of their corpses saying, “We did it! We killed them! Look and see!”
It’s vile. It’s morbid. And it’s far below how a supposedly civilized country should be behaving.
Our government scares me to death.
